Who runs this site

aljiyadi.com is owned and run by Yasir Al-Jiyadi in a personal capacity, who is responsible for processing data on it. For any privacy question or request: [email protected]

What we do not store

• Employee names, employee IDs and company names.
• Hire dates and last working days, salaries, allowances and calculated amounts.
• The company logo: it is read only to place it on the sheet, and the server deletes it automatically once the sheet is issued.
• The settlement sheet itself: it is generated in memory and sent straight to your browser, and is never written to the server.

The anonymous statistics we keep

To understand how the site is used and improve it, we record one line for each calculation or issued sheet, containing general categories only:

• Termination type, nationality (Saudi or non-Saudi) and contract type.
• A service period range (for example, 5 to 10 years), a wage range and a net amount range (for example, 15 to 25 thousand), not the figures themselves.
• Calculation mode, interface language, sheet language, and whether a logo was added.
• Device type (mobile, tablet or computer) and country only.
• The time of the operation, rounded to the hour.

These statistics contain no IP address, no name, no date and no exact amount, and cannot be linked to a person or a company.

Technical data and the services it passes through

• Cloudflare: the site runs through Cloudflare for protection and faster delivery, which processes your IP address for that purpose under its own policy.
• Hosting: the site runs on secured servers with a trusted hosting provider, where calculator data is processed on the spot without being stored.
• Server logs: the server keeps temporary technical logs of requests (such as the requested page and its time) for security and troubleshooting. They contain nothing you type in the calculator and are deleted regularly.
• Fonts and files load from the site's own server, with no external tracking or advertising services.

We do not sell any data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the form to work and stay secure: an encrypted session cookie that stays in your browser and temporarily keeps your entries if the form shows an error, so you don't have to retype them, and a cookie that protects against forged requests. The session is not stored on the server. Your dark mode choice, and hiding the cookie notice, are saved in your own browser and never reach us. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask about any data concerning you, and request that it be corrected or destroyed. Since we do not store personal data from the calculator, there will usually be nothing about you. Even so, write to us at [email protected] and we will reply.

About the calculation

The calculator and settlement are an indicative tool based on the Saudi Labor Law, and do not replace the employment contract, the company's internal policy or a decision by the competent authority. Review the result before relying on it.

Changes to this policy

If we add a feature that changes how data is handled, such as saving a settlement with your consent, we will update this page and its date before turning the feature on.
